Personal Pilates and Yoga Training (Program Pricing)

This service enables you to train one-on-one for one hour sessions. The recommended minimum number of sessions is twice per week to see more rapid results. Personal training enables you and the instructor to closely partner to set and achieve your goals. Additionally, you will receive a program that is not only tailored to the achievement of these goals, but flexible enough to address whatever is challenging them at the time of their session. This is possible due to the training and flexible approach of the trainer.

Duet Pilates and Yoga Training (Program Pricing)

This service is designed for a team of two (2) training together for one hour sessions. The duet option is similar to private sessions in that goals are set and worked toward, however the sessions do not contain the same individual focus. Duet participants must meet with the instructor for one individual assessment session prior to the start of the Duet sessions. The instructor must agree the duet participants are a compatible match. Participants must be of a similar fitness level and ability to ensure that both see progress from a team centered program.

Combination of Private and Duet Lessons (Program Pricing)

The best of both private sessions and duet sessions! Clients can choose to purchase a blended package of 20 sessions, 10 Private Sessions and 10 Duet sessions, for the 20 session discounted price of each package type.

This provides an added flexibility for duet participants to continue their practice if their duet partner is unavailable for a session, without lost sessions or increased cost.

Small Group Yoga and Pilates Classes (Program Pricing)

Small group classes are a great way to explore the benefits of Yoga and Pilates in a group atmosphere. Classes are limited to 6 students ensuring a greater opportunity for individual guidance to grow your skills.
