How often do you celebrate accomplishments? What kind of accomplishments do you celebrate? When was the last time you celebrated a small accomplishment?
Too often we forget to celebrate. Or we do not rate an item worthy of celebration.
You cannot run a race well if you do not start training and continue to do the work until race day. Starting and staying with it deserves celebration. Set small milestones along the way to a goal and decide in advance how you want to celebrate those.
