Getting moving again or maybe just starting out, after cancer treatment can be scary.

Research shows exercise reduces our risk of cancer recurrence. Doctors say get more exercise. They do not often tell us how to do that.

Getting started is the hardest part.

I recommend starting with a walk. See how you feel and build up over time.

Drop in the comments how you got started exercising after treatment. Or if you are struggling to get started, what is holding you back. I bet others out there feel the same way. Sometimes saying the barrier out loud takes away its power.
