Depression can affect anyone and it is COMMON for cancer survivors. A challenge of depression is recognizing the signs. Some of them are sneaky; the more aware we are of the possible pitfalls, the more prepared we can be to take positive action.

Depression can show up like so many different things. Often it takes time to recognize the signs as depression. For the next week every day is going to look at some of the sneakier symptoms that we may mistake for other recovery symptoms.

The more aware we are of the possible pitfalls the more prepared we can be to take positive action.
