Cancer Truth Note: #174

by | May 25, 2023 | Cancer Truth Note

If you experienced something crazy during your cancer journey and thought surely no one else has been through this… you may be surprised what you find if you ask another survivor.

This is another one of those common situations I encounter often. Whether it is a “weird” side effect the doctor is baffled by that you later come to learn is something the community is waving their arms around about because many of us have experienced the “weird” not actually so weird thing; Or having a good friend disappear. We often think in the moment or for a lot of moments that we are alone in that experience.

The more we are able to talk with other people and compare notes, the more we learn that we are not alone.

Do you have your own example? Or a situation that is weighing on you that you want to share?
