Cancer Truth Note: #356
Your life, your choices!
It is as simple as that. There are a lot of opinions out there. Some are educated opinions, some are not, some are solicited, and some are not!
When faced with a cancer diagnosis we make a lot of choices.
In survivorship we make a lot of choices as well.
Ask for help when you want or need it. You are not required to be available for people’s unsolicited “help”.
Life is short. Time is valuable. Spend your time how you want to spend it. Travel, take up a hobby, spend time with friends, do what fills your cup. Of course we also have to make a living. How you do that is your choice as well. If mornings are impossible, you may need a schedule that works for your body. If mornings are the best, see if you can adjust for that. If you don’t ask for what you need, you likely won’t get what you need unless it fits in someone else’s box.
What are you choosing today?
