Cancer at its most basic level happens because one cell made a mistake.
Bodies are made up of approximately 30 trillion cells. When they are healthy, cells multiply and die off in a balanced way. When a cell becomes malignant it multiplies faster than the cells die. 30 trillion cells are being influenced everyday by all the days that came before now, our environments, genetics, etc. As our world becomes more industrialized and we are exposed to more toxins the potential for cancer may continue to increase. We have the ability to take care of ourselves to the best of our ability, including early screening.
Remember, 99% of the time cancer does not have a known cause you can identify.
